This is a showstopper of a dress for sure! A double gathered skirted dress made in 100% cotton with an overlay of super sparkley snowflake tulle. The dress has flutter sleeves and an elasticated back bodice. The perfect dress for twirling! As this dress has a tulle overlay I'd thoroughly recommend washing inside out and by hand or using delicate wash on 30 degrees.
If you need to iron the cotton skirt section, fold up the tulle skirt overelay and carefully iron the cotton underskirt.
